Insurance?

Today I was trying to clean off the clutter of papers on my kitchen table and i came across the venture's travel little travel report from my trip to new York. I remember reading it before. This is why I asked the lady who did my CADI assessment on me if I needed to do anything with my insurance when I'm moving to new York. She told me that I didn't need to do anything until about a month before moving.. I read my trip to new york's summary and the pca wrote that Rhonda (from the long island center for independent living) instructed me to notify Medicaid a month before I actually move. So I just need to keep this in mind.
